# Give Grifflit manager access

## Narration

Here’s how to give Grifflit manager access to your Google Business Profile. We’re using an illustrated FieldGriffin example.

Start with the Google Account that owns your business profile. Open your Business Profile, and make sure you’ve selected the right business.

Select More, the three-dot menu. Then choose Business Profile settings.

Open People and access. Select Add at the top left.

Enter contact@grifflit.com, the address provided for Grifflit onboarding. Check it carefully before continuing.

Under Access, choose Manager. This lets Grifflit update business information, respond to reviews, and manage posts.

Keep yourself as the owner. Managers cannot add or remove people, or remove the profile. You do not need to share your password.

Check the business, email, and Manager role. When everything is correct, select Invite.

The invitation stays pending until Grifflit accepts. You can check its status in People and access. Once it’s accepted, Grifflit has manager access, and you remain the owner.
