Add monthly Website Care from $39, or choose $297/month Managed for Google profile upkeep and monitoring, review campaigns, booking, follow-up and a monthly improvement plan, with matching care included. The build fee is the same either way. Taxes, usage and separately approved extras are additional.

Each standard package also includes an equal optional listing allowance: up to 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 or 12 items using an agreed shared layout. Unused listings do not become extra content pages.

We agree the exact page and layout schedule before purchase. This is a catalogue built with shared layouts, not 100 individual designs. Larger catalogues or extensive custom page designs receive a Custom quote.

Unused allowance does not roll over. Approved extra small edits cost $10 each; you can wait for the next cycle instead. A new page is not a $10 small edit.
What counts as a monthly edit?
One small update to an existing website element, such as replacing text or a photo, updating hours, changing a listing price, adjusting a color or making a small change to an existing contact form.
How quickly are website edits handled?
We respond within 1 business day. Small edits are usually completed within 2–3 business days. Multiple requests are handled in order; a batch of requests may take longer, and we communicate its expected timing. Site outages and broken contact forms are prioritized over routine edits.
Does canceling Website Care automatically move my website?
No. Your paid custom website remains yours. We provide the transferable website files, content and assets, and your domain stays yours. You arrange replacement hosting, or request separately quoted help moving the site. Hosting continues through your paid care period so you have time to move. Features dependent on Grifflit or another provider may need reconnecting or replacing. Grifflit's platform does not transfer. A refunded custom build is excluded from this handoff, as explained in the guarantee answers.
