This notice explains how Grifflit handles information provided through business inquiries and our managed business-automation services.
Information we handle
If you contact us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and service inquiry. Our hosting and communications providers may also process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and delivery logs, to operate and protect their services.
For configured client workflows, information may include contact records, inquiry details, notes, message content, consent choices, opt-outs, activity history and review records. A client business is responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining the permissions needed for the information it supplies.
How information is used

- Configuring and operating agreed customer workflows.
- Recording consent and respecting messaging preferences.
- Maintaining service reliability, security and activity records.
- Meeting applicable obligations and resolving service issues.
Service providers and sharing
We use hosting, communications and workflow providers to support the services. They may process information needed for those functions. Information from a client’s customer workflow is shared with that client and its authorized team as part of delivering the service.
We do not sell personal information. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably needed to protect the service and its users.
Messaging choices
Contacting us by email or phone does not automatically enroll you in automated marketing messages. Any optional messaging program uses separate consent. Where a messaging program is active, you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to ask about your preferences. See our messaging terms.
Retention and privacy requests
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the service, consent records, security and applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. If your information was provided to one of our client businesses, contact that business first; we can assist it with the request.
Website technologies
This public information page does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a marketing sign-up form. Following an email or phone link opens your chosen communications application. Other services and client websites may have their own privacy notices.
