01. Your saved drafts

The package planner, project brief and Managed plan save draft information in this browser so you can return on the same device. Saving a draft does not send a request to Grifflit, take payment, create a subscription or connect your accounts. Confirmation messages identify what has been saved and whether anything has been sent.

Your Managed plan is based on the answers you enter. It does not retrieve or audit your website or Google profile. Clear it from the Managed preview page; saved brief drafts can be cleared from Saved brief. Clearing this site’s browser data also removes saved drafts. Do not enter passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers or customer lists into these draft tools.

If we cannot confirm receipt of a consultation request, its original details are kept in this browser tab so you can retry the same request. They are cleared after a confirmed receipt. You can also clear saved site data through your browser. Your language preference is also saved with your local preview brief.

02. Information about your business

When you select Request my free preview and receive a receipt, the submitted brief and package preference are stored in Grifflit’s private hosted inbox for review. This is separate from the draft saved in your browser. A receipt does not mean a website has been produced, an account has been granted or a purchase has been approved. Your project-contact preference is separate from optional marketing.

Your business name, contact details, website, services and goals help define the work you want. An address supplied for business context does not automatically become public website content. You can choose to show a service area instead of a home address.

For Managed setup, we research public business information and ask you to confirm the important facts before using them. Account access, customer lists and contact-permission records are arranged during onboarding through the agreed channels, separate from the public plan preview. Only share information you have authority to provide.

03. Contact choices and external links

Email and telephone links open your email or calling application. Grifflit receives information you choose to send through those channels. External websites and services operate under their own privacy policies.

Marketing choices are separate from service messages. You can ask us to stop marketing by emailing contact@grifflit.com. Opting out of marketing does not cancel your service or remove an eligible ongoing subscription discount.

04. SMS/MMS customer care

If you choose SMS/MMS on the preview request, Grifflit records that choice with the request and may use the mobile number you provide for customer-care texts about that preview and any resulting website or Managed project, including support and requested appointment updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties for marketing. We may share it with service providers only as needed to deliver and operate the messaging service. For help or questions, email contact@grifflit.com or call (832) 916-1399.

05. Questions about your information

Grifflit is operated by Daniel Avalos. Contact contact@grifflit.com about information you have sent us, corrections, access or deletion. Browser drafts stay on your device and can be removed using the controls above.

Your service onboarding must explain the systems handling your account and customer information, its purposes, retention and access arrangements before those systems are connected. Do not use an unconnected draft form to send confidential records.

06. Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is optional. Its measurement tag does not load until you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not prevent you from browsing, planning a website or sending a preview request. We keep advertising features off and honor the browser privacy signals supported by our preference control.

With your permission, Google receives ordinary website measurement data such as page visits, browser and device information, and network information needed to deliver the service. We also count confirmed preview and consultation requests, together with clicks on call, text, email and consultation buttons. We use a broad source category, such as Google search or a social website, together with the first public page you visited. These measurements do not include full referring addresses, URL queries or fragments, preview answers, contact details, payment details or private receipt numbers. Automatic enhanced measurement is disabled.

Your choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. With your permission, the broad source category and first public page are kept in this tab for up to 30 minutes without activity; declining clears that information. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 30 days and may be renewed with further consented visits. Open Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops this site's future measurement; it does not automatically erase information already processed or remove previously stored cookies. Your browser controls can clear stored site data.
