Your free preview

What is the free preview?

A personalized preview build of your website that you can browse before deciding to buy. It shows the proposed design, pages and customer experience. Features that need final setup—such as payment processing or live messaging—are identified as demonstrations until activated.

Do I need to pay or enter a card to see it?

No. Requesting and viewing your preview is free. You decide whether to proceed after seeing it.

What if I already have a website?

Enter its address when requesting your preview. We use its business information, content and structure as a starting point for an improved version. You can confirm what to keep, correct or replace. Your existing website stays in place while you review the preview.

What if I do not have a website?

Share a Facebook page, Google business listing or a short description of your business. We can start with your business name, services, phone number, email and business address or service area.

Will my home address appear on the website?

Only if you choose to display it. Tell us whether customers visit your location or you travel to them. You can show a service area instead of your street address. The address supplied for business details does not automatically become public website content.

What information do you need first?

Your business name, email, phone, address or service area, and an existing website or business link if you have one. Tell us what you do and whether the main goal is calls, quote requests, bookings, purchases or inventory browsing. We confirm researched information rather than treating everything on an old website as current.

What happens after I request it?

We review your information, research your business, build the preview and send you its review link. Your preview is ready in up to 3 days once we have the required business information. The intended review experience shows progress and lets you leave feedback on specific pages.

Can I explore it on my phone or share it with a partner?

Yes. The preview is intended to work on desktop and mobile and can be shared with someone helping you decide. Only share its review link with people you want to see the preview.

What if I do not want to go ahead?

You can decline without buying a package. Tell us if you do not want further reminders.

Can I request a change to my free preview?

Yes. One preview change is included before purchase: one small update to the proposed website. It does not include a new page, new feature or complete redesign. This is separate from the two consolidated build revision rounds included after purchase.

How long can I review my free preview?

After 30 days without a response, we archive your preview rather than automatically delete the work. Contact us if you would like it reopened. This review window is separate from the 30-day money-back guarantee, which starts at launch or service activation.

Packages and website scope

Will I know what is included before I pay?

Yes. Before payment, your project summary lists the pages, listing allowance, layouts, features and monthly service you are buying. It separates included work from optional extras and shows the build price, approved extra costs, recurring charges and any third-party fees. Features shown only as demonstrations in your preview are identified clearly. If something essential to your requested website needs additional work, we confirm its scope and price before asking you to pay for the project.

What website features might need an additional quote?

Depending on your selected package, examples include connecting another system so inventory updates automatically, reservations that track availability and prevent double bookings, a full shopping cart with shipping or inventory connections, and substantial cleanup of disorganized listing details and photos. These are different from a basic inquiry form or a simple payment link. We check your actual requirements and explain what is included before quoting extras.

What if the price of an extra is not known yet?

We confirm the price before you commit to that work. If the extra is essential to the project you want, we resolve it before package payment. If you choose to proceed without an optional feature, your summary explicitly lists it as excluded. An unexplained “additional fees may apply” notice does not replace a clear scope and price.

Can extra charges be added without my approval?

No. Additional work requires your approval of its scope and price before it begins. If you request a change after purchase, we explain any effect on cost and delivery before proceeding.

How much does a custom build cost?

The same introductory build prices apply to Website Care and Grifflit Managed customers: $99, $197, $297, $397, $597, $797 and $997. Website-only buyers add their selected monthly Website Care price; Managed includes matching care. The build fee is a one-time charge. The Grifflit managed service is $297 per calendar month before applicable discounts. Your offer shows the selected build, first service charge, total due and renewal amount separately.

The following first-month totals are for the Managed option. Website Care uses its own monthly prices listed below instead.

Build scopeBuild feeFirst service monthBuild + first month
1 content page + up to 1 listing page$99$297$396
Up to 3 content pages + up to 3 listing pages$197$247$444
Up to 5 content pages + up to 5 listing pages$297$197$494
Up to 7 content pages + up to 7 listing pages$397$147$544
Up to 9 content pages + up to 9 listing pages$597$97$694
Up to 12 content pages + up to 12 listing pages$797$47$844
Showroom: up to 100 total pages, including up to 60 listings$997$0$997

These are introductory monthly-payment amounts before further discounts, taxes, usage and agreed extras. The build and selected initial service payment are collected after preview approval, before launch. The service period begins at launch or activation. Showroom uses up to eight reusable layouts.

Your checkout total includes any add-on you have selected. Only tax, usage and other separately approved extras sit outside the displayed total unless an exact amount is already shown.

What is a content page versus a listing page?

A content page explains your business, such as Home, About, Contact or an individual service. A listing page presents an item using the agreed shared layout, such as a vehicle or product. Unused listing allowances do not automatically become additional custom content pages.

Does Showroom include 100 content pages plus 60 listings?

No. Its limit is up to 100 total launch pages, with up to 60 listings counted within that total. It is a catalogue built with up to eight reusable layouts, rather than 100 individually designed pages.

Does a one-page website include checkout?

The 1–12 content-page packages include a simple hosted checkout connection for one fixed-price product, service or deposit at no additional build/page charge. The provider's checkout and standard confirmation screens do not use your page allowance. Payment-processing fees apply separately.

Does that include a full online store?

A shopping cart, product variants, shipping rules, stock synchronization, customer order accounts and additional payment configurations need separate scope. Listing-page allowances do not automatically include those features. Showroom covers catalogue browsing and inquiries; online purchases, live reservations and inventory feeds are separately scoped.

Is website writing included?

Yes. Writing and polishing for your agreed website pages are included, using researched business information and the details you provide. After signup, the questionnaire helps confirm facts, fill gaps and refine your message. You do not need to arrive with finished website copy.

Can I add a logo and animation package?

Yes. The Brand package is $99 one-time, with simple motion optional at no extra cost. Choose whether to include animation when selecting your add-on. It includes one logo concept with two refinement rounds, final SVG and transparent PNG files, light/dark versions, an optional simple logo animation with one animation refinement, brand colors and font selections, a short brand guide, a social profile image and a social cover. Simple animation can be a reveal, glow, stroke drawing or gentle movement. Detailed moving mascots, realistic feather animation and other complex animation are quoted separately before work begins. The package is optional and is not a monthly charge. Delivery timing and refund treatment for branding add-ons will be confirmed before a live order includes one.

Do I need to supply a logo and photos?

Share any available logo and photos you want used. We identify missing assets while reviewing your project. New logo design, custom photography and any separately licensed material are agreed before adding charges; supplying a business detail does not authorize us to invent credentials, reviews or results.

How many revisions are included?

The custom-build scope includes two consolidated revision rounds. A round is one collected set of feedback on the agreed design and content. New pages, new features or a change in project scope are priced before additional work begins. The preview review and revision arrangement is confirmed with your project.

What if I need more pages?

Before launch, we can move your project to the next suitable package and charge the difference when the other scope requirements still fit. We do not add all the smaller package fees together. Post-launch additions receive a separate agreed scope and price.

Can I join without rebuilding my current website?

Yes, if your existing website is compatible with the agreed Grifflit service. We review its condition, access and connection requirements first. Migration, repairs or a rebuild are separately identified before purchase.

Managed, month after month

What do I need to provide for Managed?

We start with the business information we can research and prefill it for you to check. Confirm the important facts, share your existing customer list and available contact permissions, and grant the necessary account access. Fill gaps only you can answer. Grifflit handles routine audience preparation, wording, timing, follow-ups and replies within the initial scope. We return to you for material changes or exceptions, not repeated campaign homework.

How do you compare my business with local peers?

We use relevant businesses serving a comparable local market and service, with the source and observation date recorded. The comparison can reveal a supported information or reputation gap; it is not a claim that every competitor has been audited or a prediction of Google rank. If comparable evidence is unavailable, we say so rather than invent a benchmark.

What is the three-priority improvement plan?

Each monthly update names three priorities: what we will improve, why it matters and what happens next. Depending on the evidence, that might mean correcting holiday hours, improving the review-request process or making an inquiry route clearer. Work stays within your agreed scope. New paid features or expanded work are quoted before they begin.

Can you show which Google actions turn into jobs?

We separate visibility and Google contact actions from inquiries, booked work, completed jobs and collected revenue. Connected booking, lead or payment records can support a link where available; a Google call-button click alone cannot. We explain the source, date range and gaps, and do not claim every new job was caused by Grifflit.

Why pay if Google Business Profile is free?

Google Business Profile itself is free. You pay Grifflit for the agreed research, setup, upkeep, campaign operation and reporting, together with the rest of Managed. Grifflit is an independent service provider, not Google. The written order separates our fee from any agreed provider or usage costs.

What if a profile change does not match my business?

We compare the change with your confirmed facts and recorded history. Routine corrections within our authority can be handled for you. If the change is uncertain or affects something material, such as your identity, location or operating model, we ask you to confirm the facts. Monitoring begins only after the required access and setup; Google may independently review edits or request verification.

Monthly service and savings

What is the free Managed preview?

Explore how Grifflit Managed could fit your business before choosing your service. Share your business type, website or Google profile link if available, and your priorities. The interactive preview uses those answers to illustrate a possible plan; it does not inspect your accounts. We confirm your actual business details, scope, connections, permissions and usage before purchase.

Is the Managed preview the same as the website preview?

They serve different purposes. The website preview shows a proposed website design. The Managed preview shows how customer follow-up, Google support and the division of responsibilities could fit your business. You can explore either before choosing a package. A new website build has its own one-time fee; matching care is included in the $297/month Managed offer.

Does Grifflit answer every customer for me?

Grifflit handles routine campaign preparation, timing, follow-ups and review replies within your initial written scope, using the channels activated for your business. Your team provides specialist advice, confirms quotes, delivers the service and handles conversations requiring its judgment. We bring material changes, serious complaints and facts we cannot confirm to you. You do not have to approve every ordinary message or public reply. Managed is not a promise of a staffed 24-hour receptionist.

What will a Managed monthly update show?

Your monthly update shows work completed, profile changes checked, review-request activity, available Google contact actions and the next three priorities. Where your connected records support it, we follow inquiries through to booked work and collected revenue. Google call-button clicks are not answered calls, and bookings are not proof of payment. Missing information is marked unavailable. Connections and the reporting baseline are established during setup.

Does Managed include Google review requests?

Yes. The $297/month Managed offer includes setup and management of agreed Google review requests after completed service, using a direct review link by text or email. A review QR code is included too. The customer writes their own honest review on their Google account. Channels, message allowance and any additional usage costs are confirmed before purchase.

Can you ask my past customers for Google reviews?

Yes. You provide your customer list, service context and available contact-permission records. Grifflit prepares the eligible audience, removes duplicates and known opt-outs, writes the invitations, chooses appropriate timing and operates the agreed follow-ups. These routine decisions sit within the scope you authorize at setup; you do not have to plan each campaign. An old list alone does not establish permission to text or email everyone. We check channel eligibility and separately disclose usage charges before activation. We do not use purchased customer lists.

Do you monitor Google reviews and help with replies?

Yes. Once the necessary profile access and setup are complete, Grifflit checks review activity and handles routine public replies under your written authorization and agreed tone. We ask for input when a response requires facts only you know, a material business decision or help with a serious complaint. You keep ownership. We cannot promise removal of legitimate negative reviews or respond with invented details.

Do you look after my Google Business Profile?

Yes. The $297/month Managed scope includes checking key profile details against the business facts you confirm, including services, hours, contact information and website links. We investigate unexpected changes and correct agreed routine information; we do not blindly overwrite uncertain details. You retain ownership and provide suitable management access. Verification may require your participation. Access, check cadence and available connections are confirmed during setup. New photography, unlimited content production and a full ongoing SEO content campaign are not included automatically.

Will Google reviews improve my ranking?

More reviews and positive ratings can help your local visibility on Google Search and Maps. Rankings also depend on relevance, distance and other prominence signals. We do not guarantee first place, a particular star rating or a set number of reviews. Technical website SEO and accurate Business Profile information support this work.

Do you only ask happy customers for reviews?

No. We invite honest feedback from eligible customers without filtering the Google review opportunity by satisfaction. We do not offer money, discounts or gifts for reviews, create reviews for customers, or steer unhappy customers away from Google. Any reminders follow the agreed limit and stop after an opt-out; a clicked review link is not proof that a review was posted.

What is the $297 monthly service for?

Managed combines the agreed customer workflows and matching Website Care with Google profile upkeep, eligible review campaigns and routine reply handling. It also includes relevant local-peer context, a monthly three-priority improvement plan and a monthly work-and-results update. We connect available Google actions to actual inquiries and booked work only where records support the link. Onboarding starts with researched, prefilled details for you to confirm. Your written scope records connections, usage allowances, the routine work you authorize and any setup conditions before activation.

Is every feature immediately active?

Some features require account setup, your information, consent or approval from another provider. Your order should distinguish what is ready from what still needs activation. A feature shown in a preview is not evidence that it is already connected for your business.

Are texts, emails and calls unlimited?

No unlimited communications allowance is promised. Your agreed scope lists the available channels, included usage and any separately priced options. Long text messages may use more than one segment. Additional charges must be disclosed rather than assumed.

Does SEO mean guaranteed Google rankings?

No. Technical website checks and agreed improvement work help identify and address problems. They do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic or sales. Advertising, ongoing content campaigns and other separately scoped marketing work are not automatically included.

Are ongoing website edits unlimited?

No. Website Care includes the following monthly small-edit allowances. Grifflit Managed includes the matching care tier without a separate care charge.

Website packageWebsite Care per monthSmall edits per month
1 content page + up to 1 listing$395
Up to 3 content pages + 3 listings$4910
Up to 5 content pages + 5 listings$5915
Up to 7 content pages + 7 listings$6920
Up to 9 content pages + 9 listings$8925
Up to 12 content pages + 12 listings$10930
Showroom$12935
What counts as a monthly edit?

One small update to an existing website element, such as replacing text or a photo, updating hours, changing a listing price, adjusting a color or making a small change to an existing contact form.

Does a list of changes count as one edit?

No. Each separate small update counts individually. For example, five separate updates submitted in one message count as five edits. We clarify the count before starting if a request is unclear.

What happens if I use all my monthly edits?

Additional small edits cost $10 each. We tell you that your allowance is used and confirm the number of extra edits and total price for your approval before starting paid extra work. You can instead wait until your next monthly reset. There are no automatic extra-edit charges just because you submit a request.

Can I carry unused edits into the next month?

No. Your allowance resets each monthly billing cycle, and unused edits do not roll over. This is based on your service cycle, not necessarily the first day of the calendar month. For prepaid Grifflit Managed plans, the included care allowance still resets monthly.

Are new pages or features also $10?

No. The $10 price applies only to additional small edits. New pages, new functionality, substantial redesigns and bulk content work receive a separate quote for your approval before work begins.

Are monthly edits separate from my build revisions?

Yes. Your website build includes two consolidated revision rounds. Monthly care edits are a separate ongoing allowance once service starts.

Do I pay separately for Website Care with Grifflit Managed?

No. The $297 managed plan includes the care allowance matching your website package. The same $10 price applies to approved additional small edits after that allowance is used.

Does the introductory discount repeat every month?

The package's reduced first-service-month price applies once. A separate ongoing discount repeats only when included in your accepted offer and while its eligibility conditions remain satisfied. Your summary distinguishes the initial saving from the actual renewal rate.

Can I pay for six or twelve months?

For Grifflit Managed, six-month service prepayment saves 7% and twelve-month prepayment saves 15%. The full term is paid upfront. Eligible additional offers are calculated in the displayed order; percentages are not simply added together. Your order shows the total charge and the actual renewal amount and interval. Website Care is currently monthly; its eligibility for prepayment and recovery offers is not established.

Will I renew at the same amount as my first order?

Not necessarily. The one-time build fee does not recur, and first-order discounts may expire. Ongoing eligible discounts are shown separately. The renewal amount and date must be displayed before payment.

If I stop marketing emails, do I lose my subscription discount?

No. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel your service or its ongoing discount. Canceling the service ends eligibility for subscription-linked ongoing discounts; a later new subscription does not automatically restore them.

How quickly are website edits handled?

We respond within 1 business day. Small edits are usually completed within 2–3 business days. Multiple requests are handled in order; a batch of requests may take longer, and we communicate its expected timing. Site outages and broken contact forms are prioritized over routine edits.

What if my edit is still queued when my monthly allowance resets?

Requests submitted within your available allowance stay queued and are not counted again against the next month. Unused allowance does not roll over.

Approval, launch and leaving

When do I pay?

After you approve the preview, you pay the build fee and selected initial service payment together before launch. Monthly customers prepay their first service month; six-month and annual customers prepay their selected term, with the applicable discounts. Your paid service period starts at website launch, or service activation for an existing website—not on the payment date. The next renewal is one, six or twelve calendar months after that start, according to your selected schedule. Your order explains this timing, and we confirm the actual start and renewal dates when service begins.

When does my service period start?

Your paid service period begins when the website launches, or when managed service is activated for an existing website. Time spent reviewing the free preview does not use the paid service period. The next renewal is one, six or twelve calendar months after activation according to your chosen eligible payment schedule. We confirm the actual activation and renewal dates when service begins.

When will my website go live?

Standard website launch is estimated at 4–8 business days after payment, final approval, required content and domain access are ready. Showroom and custom projects receive a project-specific launch estimate before purchase. Your free preview is a separate step, ready in up to 3 days once we have the required business information. We explain any outstanding launch dependency and its effect on timing.

What happens when I cancel Grifflit Managed?

Cancellation stops future renewals. You can keep service through the period already paid for, or request an earlier end with a refund of unused prepaid service as described below. Cancellation with a refund ends service on the agreed cancellation date. The pre-launch refund and initial 30-day guarantee provide the broader refund coverage described below.

What if I cancel a prepaid Grifflit Managed plan after the 30-day guarantee?

We keep the amount for service used and refund the unused portion of your current prepaid service term. We calculate this by day using the service amount you actually paid after discounts and the number of calendar days in that term. There is no cancellation penalty or repricing of used time at the full monthly rate. Service ends on the agreed cancellation date, and future renewals stop.

This refund covers unused service, not the one-time build fee after the guarantee period. Separately disclosed outside purchases and consumed communications usage remain excluded. You retain your paid custom website deliverables under the ownership and transfer terms.

What if I pay and then cancel before launch?

Email contact@grifflit.com before launch, or before managed-service activation for an existing website. We cancel the project and subscription and refund your build fee and any Grifflit service payments, including prepaid service. There is no deduction for our build work or payment-processing fees. The same separately disclosed domain purchases, third-party purchases and consumed communications usage exclusions apply. You keep your domain and supplied content; the refunded custom website is not transferred. You do not have to wait for launch to request this refund.

Do you offer a 30-day money-back guarantee?

Yes. Request a refund by emailing contact@grifflit.com within 30 days of your website launch, or managed-service activation for an existing website. The guarantee covers the build fee and Grifflit subscription payments actually paid. Separately disclosed domain purchases, third-party purchases and consumed communications usage are excluded. No mandatory retention call is required.

Does the guarantee cover six-month and annual payments?

Yes. During the initial 30-day guarantee period, the entire initial service prepayment is covered, along with the build fee actually paid. The guarantee does not restart at renewal. Refunds outside this period follow the terms shown before purchase.

Does Showroom qualify for the guarantee?

Yes. Its paid build fee is covered. The $0 introductory first service month applies only to Showroom with Grifflit Managed; Showroom Website Care costs $129 per month. Refunds reflect amounts actually paid after discounts. A free service month has no cash refund value.

What happens to my website if I receive a guarantee refund?

Your subscription ends. You keep your domain and the content you supplied. The refunded custom website is not transferred to you. This differs from an ordinary cancellation where paid custom deliverables remain yours.

Does the guarantee promise leads, sales or search rankings?

No. It is a satisfaction refund policy, not a guarantee of business results, traffic or Google rankings.

Who owns my domain and website?

You own your domain and the custom website deliverables paid for. Grifflit retains its platform, reusable tools and components. Third-party services and licensed assets remain subject to their own terms; owning your website does not transfer ownership of the Grifflit platform.

Can I move my website to another provider?

We provide an export of transferable website files and your customer content. Any requested migration assistance and its cost are agreed upfront. Platform-dependent features may need replacement or reconnection at the new provider; an export does not promise that every integration runs elsewhere unchanged.

Does canceling Website Care automatically move my website?

No. Your paid custom website remains yours. We provide the transferable website files, content and assets, and your domain stays yours. You arrange replacement hosting, or request separately quoted help moving the site. Hosting continues through your paid care period so you have time to move. Features dependent on Grifflit or another provider may need reconnecting or replacing. Grifflit's platform does not transfer. A refunded custom build is excluded from this handoff, as explained in the guarantee answers.

Is Website Care monthly, and can I get a refund when I cancel?

Website Care is billed monthly. After the initial 30-day guarantee, unused days are not refundable or prorated. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and hosting continues until the end of your paid monthly billing period—not necessarily the last day of the calendar month. The pre-launch refund policy and initial 30-day guarantee still apply. This differs from Grifflit Managed, which allows refunds for unused prepaid service as described above.

Can I ask a person if the FAQ does not answer my question?

Yes. Contact Grifflit at contact@grifflit.com or (832) 713-8031. Questions that affect your price, scope or service terms should be reflected in your written order, so you can refer back to the answer.
