WHAT THE MONTHLY ALLOWANCE DOES
Technical upkeep.
Care includes hosting and routine technical maintenance for the agreed site. An outage or broken contact form takes priority over routine edit requests.
Clear limits.
New pages, new features, substantial redesigns and bulk work need a separate quote. We ask before doing any approved extra small edit at $10 each.

REQUESTS AND TIMING
What happens
after you ask.
- We respond within 1 business day. Small edits are usually completed within 2–3 business days; batches may take longer, and we communicate timing.
- Unused edits do not roll over. Requests made within the available allowance stay queued across a reset without being counted twice.
- If the request is a new page, feature or bulk change, we explain the separate scope and price before work starts.
OWNERSHIP AND LEAVING
Your domain and paid work.
You own your domain and paid custom deliverables. Licensed assets and third-party services retain their terms; Grifflit keeps its platform and reusable tools.
Cancel the next renewal.
After the initial guarantee, Care does not prorate unused days. Canceling stops future renewals; hosting continues through the paid monthly period.
Take transferable files.
On ordinary cancellation, request eligible website files, assets and content for another host. You arrange migration or approve a separate quote for help. Platform-dependent features may need replacement or reconnection; a refunded custom build is excluded from handoff.
The service terms and your written order control your exact scope. For orders with the current approved handoff terms, we deliver eligible agreed portable files within 3 business days of a verified request.
