KEEP THIS OPEN AS YOU GO

One invitation.
Four simple steps.

  1. Open your business profile.

    Sign in as an owner and open the correct business in Google Search or Maps.

  2. Find People and access.

    Select More → Business Profile settings → People and access.

  3. Add Grifflit as a Manager.

    Select Add or Add person. Enter contact@grifflit.com and choose Manager.

  4. Send the invitation.

    Check the email and select Invite. Access stays pending until the invitation is accepted.

Google’s layout can vary.

Google’s official access guide
I can’t find People and access or Add.

Check the account and business. Managers can’t add people; ask a profile owner to send the invitation.

Google asks me to verify the business.

Manager access does not complete business verification. Follow Google’s verification prompts; some profile features and edits may await verification.

The invitation is still pending.

Check the email in People and access against your onboarding details. Grifflit needs to accept the invitation.
